CNC Machine Shop Helper

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machine Shop Helper to support daily operations in a fast-paced machining environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a CNC manufacturing setting and grow within a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNC machinists with machine setup and basic operations

• Load and unload materials from CNC machines

• Deburr, clean, and inspect finished parts

• Perform basic measurements using calipers and other hand tools

• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

• Stage materials and tools for upcoming jobs

• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or shop experience preferred but not required

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
