We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide support to the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring that HR functions run smoothly, supporting both employees and management. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling confidential employee records, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with various HR projects.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and handling candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and training.
- Support employee relations efforts by providing assistance in resolving basic employee inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Help coordinate employee benefits enrollment, leave management, and other HR-related services.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
- Provide general clerical support to the HR department, such as data entry, filing, and handling HR inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
