Mover/Helper

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional moving services to our clients. This position requires physical stamina, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring a smooth moving experience for customers.

Duties:

• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture and items.
• Load and unload items from trucks, securing and protecting them during transit.
• Assemble and install furniture and other items as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns or questions.
• Assist with packing and unpacking items, ensuring care and attention to belongings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse or moving area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and successful moves.

Experience:

• Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Customer service experience is highly valued; ability to interact positively with clients.
• Strong safety practices.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.

Starting wage: $19.00

Schedule and Availability: This position requires flexible availability. Start times may be as early as 6:00 AM, and shifts can run as late as 9:00 PM, depending on the day’s job schedule. Weekly schedules will be provided, but exact shift times may vary and are subject to change based on customer needs and job assignments. Reliability and flexibility are essential in this role.
