We’re looking for an OS&D clerk for our a table saw manufacturer client headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon. Someone with established Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Management skills would be a great fit for this role!

Job duties would include:

(1) Audit carrier invoices and submit them to Accounts Payable for payment.

(2) Conduct inventory cycle counts. Review counts and submit adjustments.

(3) Maintain inventory organization on the shelves.

(4) Check off incoming small parts from containers. Label parts and add to stock.

(5) Order shipping supplies. Find new sources for packing materials.

(6) Receive shipping supply orders in the warehouse. Check off invoices and stock items in their place.

(7) Quote freight orders and prepare paperwork for outbound shipments.

(8) Data entry for orders completed by the freight team.

Pay rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
