Production Associate/Packager

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Line Workers to join our fast-paced food production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality, speed, and accuracy of our production and packaging processes. This role requires proficiency in various production line positions, the willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain lot traceability and conduct product inspections.
• Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients for mass production.
• Document and verify compliance with quality specifications and procedures.
• Record production performance and other relevant data.
• Perform regular sanitation of line equipment and surrounding environment.

Requirements:

• Notify management of any food safety issues and act to resolve them.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Available to work any shift, including overtime if required.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking up to 13 hours.
• Lifting and carrying 25 to 65 lbs. repeatedly.
• Pushing/pulling over 1,000 lbs. using a pallet jack.
• Bending, stooping, twisting, and using arms, wrists, and hands throughout the shift.
• Occasionally kneeling, reaching above shoulder height, and climbing steps with ingredients.

Starting Wage: $16.50

Work Hours:

• Full-time
• Day & Grave shifts
• 12 hour shifts
• Must be available on weekend day
