Position Overview:

As a Production Line Worker, you will maintain food quality, handle documentation, and ensure proper production and packaging with speed and accuracy. You will communicate with staff on quality issues, identify potential problems, and work reliably with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure food safety, lot traceability, and product inspection.

– Measure and prepare food ingredients accurately.

– Work efficiently on a continuous production line.

– Read and follow labels, recipes, and work orders in English.

– Document compliance with quality specifications.

– Maintain operational safety and record production data.

– Wear required PPEs and follow GMPs.

– Perform sanitation on equipment and surrounding areas.

– Cross-train on various line positions and improve processes.

Requirements:

– Flexible schedule, available for overtime.

– Basic math skills.

– Team player with effective communication skills.

– Physically able to stand, walk, lift (25-65 lbs.), push/pull (over 1,000 lbs.), bend, stoop, twist, and more.
