We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our HVAC client in Newberg. This entry level position requires a person that has strong planning, organization and communication skills. You must be a self starter; detail oriented and takes pride in your work. Past work experience is not as important as your natural organizing ability we are willing to train the right person. JOB SUMMARY: Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables, manage HVAC unit installations from start to finish, and create and execute project timelines. If this is you, apply today!
Responsible for “owning” all field installation projects including:
- Assembly of job installation package for installation crew
- Manage multiple installations for several teams each week
- Manage paperwork for various rebate programs for installation customers
- Updating Sales Support paperwork for various rebate programs
- Develop professional relationships with all 3rd party Alliance Parties such as
PGE, NW Natural, Energy Trust of Oregon, MAC W&L, City of Forest Grove, and others when necessary
- Apply for and manage mechanical permits for installations
- Close out paperwork for completed jobs
- Follow up calls to customers for feedback
- Manage customer satisfaction surveys
- Implement direct marketing programs for new sales opportunity
- Assist in project scheduling
- Back up phone person
- General office support as needed
- You should have strong analytical skills plus computer skills including: excel, word, and some database software knowledge
